In this project, Brooklyn Media International successfully developed a four-year Business Plan for G & G Events, which is an upcoming prime mover in the events industry in Kenya. G & G Events was looking to streamline its activities around a business plan and a clear direction for growth going forward. Brooklyn Media International developed a Business Plan during the early months of 2017 and delivered on it in an agreed timeline.
The Business Plan provided a clear guideline and a blueprint on what G & G Events needed to do in order to achieve desired development milestones.
