Integrated Marketing Communications Strategy [2016 – 2017] – Riverbank Solutions Ltd
Brooklyn Media International was contracted in early 2016 to draw an Integrated Marketing Communications Strategy on behalf of Riverbank Solutions Ltd, who is a major software developing firm in East Africa. The strategy was to be implemented for two years starting 2016.
Brooklyn Media successfully developed the strategy document which featured a plan to sell a new product dubbed “Teke Taxi”, which is an emerging online and mobile application that is used to hail taxis in Kenya.
The strategy was to, among other things, give a clear blueprint on how the new application can get a grip on the Kenyan market, and draw a sizable clientele the long run who will use the app to hail taxis. It integrates various marketing tools and activities with clear communication channels to ensure the targeted market would be reached successfully.
Brooklyn Media accomplished the task within the stipulated contract time and has since helped strategically in ensuring the implementation of the same strategy.
